1. Cancellation/No Show Policy: You must cancel or reschedule 5 hours prior to your appointment time. You have up to 10 minutes before you are considered a no show. You will be charged the full price of the appointment to the card on file. 

2. Same Day Rescheduling: If there is an available appointment later in the day and you would like to move it you will be charged an additional 15$. 

3. Parking: Parallel to the front or right side of the building or behind Domino's. Please do not park in assigned parking or Sam's parking lot.
